Delivery Times

Your purchase is a one of kind piece of art. This takes a little time to create. Due to the unique nature of each piece, please expect about two weeks for the item to be hand painted as your request is received .

Also, we want to make sure that each and every piece is delivered in the same pristine condition in which it was packaged and shipped. Some or all of these items may arrive in multiple packages guaranteeing this as much as we possibly can. 

Tracking & Notifications

At this time, we aren't able to send tracking notifications on every step of your order's journey. However, we will send you an email when your purchase has been sent on its way. This will include an estimated delivery date. 

Service Areas

Such and Such Designs can ship to any street address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship your order via UPS, USPS or FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses or any of the US Territories such as Puerto Rico. We also will not be able to accept international orders at this time. 

Undelivered Packages

We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
